Getting Old Does Not Make Us Sick, Getting Sick Makes Us Old

Getting Old Does Not Make Us Sick, Getting Sick Makes Us Old

“Getting old does not make us sick. Getting sick makes us old.” This is a quote from Tim Morrow and it’s very true.

You only have one body. Take care of it. You can have the best job, the biggest house, the best car and more money than you know what to do with. But if you don’t have your health, you have nothing. Remember  Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple. He had money but bad health….

Give your body healthy food. Not fruit and vegetables sprayed with pesticides. You think you are eating a healthy salad and you are eating pesticides. Buy organic fruit and vegetables. Buy chicken and beef where the package is labeled that they used no antibiotics and hormones. Remember, you eat whatever what you eat has eaten!! If the chicken ate  grain with hormones in it, you also ate the hormones when you ate the chicken. Eat organic, drink plenty of water, get your rest.

Be proactive in caring about your health. It’s your choice if you are old and hurting and taking 39 different medicines or healthy and still limber and feeling good. The choice is your!!! Choose health and life!!!!
